Applicationfor MBPJ Assessment Tax Rebate- 50% for Deaf Malaysian and Disabled Selangorians

Good news for OKU,  Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) made an announcement for Disabled Selangorians in September 2013 earlier.

Those disabled people or Malaysian Deaf who own and live in the Selangor, will be given a 50% discount of their assessment tax to ease their burden and improve their life as most of them often on a low Income or fixed income.



JABATAN PENILAIAN DAN PENGURUSAN HARTA (JPPH)
MBPJ council would be strict on the applications as it must be the applicant’s principal place of residence and the property must not be rented or leased out.

Kindly to download attachment of application for MBPJ assessment tax rebates form. Before malaysian deaf will pass any document to MBPJ, Remember to bring this necessary document :

• This property would not be allowed to rental.
• Photocopied of IC/OKU ID Card
• Photocopied of Sales and Purchase 
• Photocopied of lastest 3 month TNB Bills and Water Bills
  (All Application name must be under any Bills)
• Photocopied of Assessment Bills

好消息! 市議會宣佈殘障人士名下住家可獲門牌稅減半的優惠.

·       

市議會提起說，門牌稅減半的優惠是新措施，申請人必須符合條件，

• 包括產業擁有人必須是殘障人士或其配偶名下，惟他們的其他家庭成員名下的產業不算。
• 產業須是自己殘障人士居住。
• 地點在市議會管轄範圍內，不可供出租用途。
• 持有已登記的殘障人士證件（kad OKU）者才有資格享有上述優待
• 殘障人士必須每年提出相關申請

申請者必須提呈一些所需文件，以方便審核工作。

• 有關文件包括殘障人士的登記卡副本、
• 擁有產業的殘障人士大馬卡、
• 分期付款合約或屋契副本等。
• 申請人必須備妥最新的門牌稅催收單、
• 薪水單或社會福利局的常月補貼單據。

同時希望，州政府和市議會可以考慮給予殘障人士醫藥費方面的協助，甚至包括免費水供。
